Engineered for use on PVC, XLPE, PIL, FRLS, and other cable jacketing materials, SF-01 enhances fire resistance without emitting toxic gases. Rigorously tested and certified to IEEE-383 and IS-10810 Part 53 standards for superior flame spread protection.
SF-02 is a single-component, fire prevention sealing system for wall, floor, and control panel openings in substations, cable galleries, and trenches. Compliant with IS-12458, it minimizes fire spread and compartmentalizes zones. Easy to install, maintenance-free, non-toxic, and eco-friendly, SF-02 allows future cable modifications without special tools. It withstands foot traffic and blocks fire, smoke, and heat for over three hours, making it ideal for high-risk industries like petrochemicals, refineries, and power plants
SF-03 is a multi-compound fire sealing system that prevents fire spread through wall and floor penetrations. Compliant with IS:12459-1988, it compartmentalizes cable runs to contain fires. Featuring a non-combustible fire-resistant board, it withstands vibrations and mechanical stresses. SF-03 offers up to three hours of fire resistance.
